Excavation Begins(Page 2)

Excavation began on the lot on February 23, 2010 after Lyle and I had designed our dream home. The excavator was incredible, knew exactly what we wanted and how to position the house on the lot for all the best use.

On March 5, 2010 Blue Star Construction framed and poured the footings for the retaining walls.

It all began March 2005 when we purchased the lot....Augustus Point. We thought maybe we would build, but then decided not too. So we put a for sale sign on the lot, Hmmmmmm....five years later still no sale, and the price of the lot kept going down....so we decided then that we will build our dream home that we had always talked about. The views are incredible....just take a look!
